200 members of the group, 40 volunteer counselors
Social and emotional support to new olim (meet at airport, follow-up
with a matched counselor, weekly contact with matched counselor)

Matched counselor makes sure member has Shabbat and holiday arrangements
Monthly meetings of the group

Members set-up with adopted Russian families (needed family support
and place to go for holidays)
Monthly regional Shabbatons and 3 yearly country-wide Shabbatons

Guest lecturers (including Avital Sharansky)
Holiday packages sent to each member (i.e., for Rosh Hashanah package
included personal card, machzor, booklet explaining the importance
of day and a jar of honey)
